The aluminum composite panel production line(low temperature lamination), equipped with high-output PE extruder, is specially designed for customers who want to product medium and thick aluminum composite panel. The unilateral thickness of coated aluminum coil is no less than 0.1mm.

Thickness: the thickness range of aluminum composite panel varies from 3mm to 8mm, and the unilateral thickness of coated aluminum coil is no less than 0.1mm

Application of composite panel:

The aluminum composite panel can be widely used in field of architectural decorations, including outer wall of building, facade decoration, ceiling, column, furniture, elevator, storefront, billboard, bus and train body, partition wall material for aircraft and ships, as well as outer box of equipment and instruments.

Components for Aluminum Composite Panel Production Line:

Equipment 1:
The feeder conveys PE material to the barrel screw of the extruder, and it is melted at high temperature there. After that, the thickness of core panel is controlled by the T-mold.

Equipment 2:
The calender is used to mold the panel by cold pressing, which provides PE core material for subsequent compounding.

Equipment 3:
Uncoiling machine
The single wall movable uncoiling machine with upper and lower sliding blocks, together with high-precision magnetic powder tension control system, can satisfy the tension requirement for continuous production, as well as stably convey color coated aluminum coil to compound machine unit.

Equipment 4:
Compound machine unit
At proper temperature, pre compound PE core panel, upper and lower aluminum coils in the first and second sets of compound machine unit. Then they will be molded through hot press rolling and finish rolling.

Equipment 5:
Cooling unit
The air-quantity adjustable air-cooled cooling unit is for cooling the panel, which guarantees the panel is cooled to normal temperature in a stable curve manner after passing compound machine unit. Meanwhile, it can satisfy temperature requirement for covering with protective film.

Equipment 6:
Cut-to-length sensor
After cooling, flattening and trimming, the cut-to-length sensor will generate a feedback signal, indicating that the shearing machine clamps the panel to move synchronously in the conveying direction. After cut off, the shearing machine will automatically return to its original position. Therefore, dimensional accuracy of shearing panel can be assured.
