The aluminum composite panel production line(four extruders) is specially designed for aluminum coil of which the unilateral thickness is no less than 0.15mm. With special high output PE extruder, the PE core material can directly compound with coated aluminum coil and polymer film by special technics.

Application of composite panel:
The aluminum composite panel so produced can be used extensively in various architectural decorations, including exterior wall of building, facade decoration, ceiling, column, furniture, elevator, storefront, billboard, bus, train, partition wall material for aircraft and ships, as well as outer box of equipment and instruments.
Carried by feeder to the barrel screw, the PE material is to be melted at high temperature and extruded effectively. After that, the thickness of core panel will be adjusted by the T-die.
The calender is for cold press molding of the panel, to provide PE core material for subsequent process.
The color coated aluminum coil will be delivered stably to compound machine unit, through single wall movable uncoiling machine with upper and lower sliding blocks together with high-precision magnetic powder tension control system, with required tension for continuous production guaranteed.
Compound machine unit
Pre compound PE core panel, upper and lower aluminum coils in the first and second sets of compound machine unit at proper temperature. After that, they will be processed by hot press rolling and finish rolling.
After through compound machine unit, the composite panel is cooled by the air-quantity adjustable air-cooled cooling unit, guaranteeing it is cooled to normal temperature in a stable curve manner. Meanwhile, temperature requirement of covering with protective film later is also satisfied.
The cut-to-length sensor generates a feedback signal after the panel is cooled, flattened and trimmed, instructing the shearer automatically clamps it to move synchronously in the conveying direction. And the shear will automatically return to its original position after the panel is cut off. The dimensional precision of shearing panel is guaranteed in this way.
