Application of composite panel:
The ACP so produced is extensively used in various kinds of architectural decoration, such as building wall, the ceiling, columns, counters, furniture, telephone booths, elevators, stores, billboards, plant wall and vehicle.
Adopting special (3+1)extruders, PE material is carried by feeder to the barrel screw where it is melted at high temperature. Then the T-die is for controlling the thickness of core panel extruded.
The calender is in charge of cold press molding of the panel extruded by T-die, providing PE core material for later use.
The single wall movable uncoiling machine with upper and lower sliding blocks, works with high-precision magnetic powder tension control system, guaranteeing required tension for continuous production and delivering color coated aluminum coil stably to compound machine unit.
Compound machine unit
Pre compound PE core panel with upper and lower aluminum coils in the first and second sets of compound machine unit at proper temperature. After that, hot press rolling and finish rolling will be done.
After through compound machine unit, the composite panel is cooled by the air-quantity adjustable air-cooled cooling unit, which guarantees it is cooled to normal temperature in a stable curve manner. At the same time, temperature requirement of covering with protective film later is also satisfied.
The cut-to-length sensor generates a feedback signal after the panel is cooled, flattened and trimmed, indicating the cutting machine automatically clamps it to move synchronously in the conveying direction and automatically return to its original position after cut off. The dimensional precision of cutting panel is so guaranteed.
